Wonderful experience with Ben Thrall Excavating! I spoke with Kate and Cliff to get our appointment set up to look at our septic aerator fan. Jake came out to do the work for us; he did the repair on his first visit. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, timely, and direct. We had a new septic tank put in over 10 years ago and haven't had any issues. The land grading was done excellently since we are in a flood zone. Well done!!
