Want to replace a hot water system, but shame about the lass who answers the phone. 7 minutes, on the phone, going around in circles. Had to tell her how to google a site. Couldn't explain how the best price guarantee works. Gave up.

Ben is fantastic.. was concerned about crushed pipes under an old home. He sent the camera up and alleviated all my concerns, cut the roots growing through with his jet machine, been a real life saver and knowing I don’t need to spend tens of thousands like I was quotes from another so called “professional” company.
Ben was friendly, funny, and very efficient. He was also prompt in addressing an urgent issue, making space in his schedule to fix it the same day it was raised. Great service and a smooth experience. Thanks again!
