I had a custom home built by Ben the Builder on my own land. Overall the experience was not bad. Some mistakes were made and corrected and others we compromised on but by the end of the construction we were happy. We had them out twice over the first 15 months for an issue that later we found out was a foundation issue. The repairs they did could not even be called a bandaid. We have been unable to get Ben to correct the problem, communication is nonexistent even through an attorney. Repairs will cost $15,000. I would not us... read more
No follow through on repairs needed done, and their communication skills are lacking. Nice homes but will not contact us back on some much needed work. Very disappointed.
