My Wife bought a house from Ben the Builder and the attic is infested with mice. We contacted the Builder, and their response was welcome to the country. We found this out a week from buying the home from them. The agreed to look into this problem but never sent pest control to our home. We are still under warranty. Plus, we were not told about the infestation otherwise we would have not bought the home.
I had a custom home built by Ben the Builder on my own land. Overall the experience was not bad. Some mistakes were made and corrected and others we compromised on but by the end of the construction we were happy. We had them out twice over the first 15 months for an issue that later we found out was a foundation issue. The repairs they did could not even be called a bandaid. No follow through on repairs needed done, and their communication skills are lacking. Nice homes but will not contact us back on some much needed work. Very disappointed.
