Ben helped me begin the process of unpacking the challenges effecting my mental health. His calm demeanor helps to put even the most anxious of us at ease, and it is evident that he cares well for those he has been entrusted with the care of.
I don't think he took me seriously. Talked about my fears and like he was making fun. He said "it's up to you if you want to come back. He did not send the paperwork he mentioned and I spent 10 minutes of my session filling it out. Also he was seven minutes late from his previous session.
