If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I went to the emergency room at Saint Joseph Medical Center due to an excruciating sharp pain on the right side of my lower abdomen resulting in me having to walk at a 90° angle. Ultrasound was performed, and the ER doctor concluded that there were two cysts on the right side, causing an imbalance in my ovaries, which caused an ovarian torsion. She said she was glad I came in due to the urgency of the diagnosis and suggested for me to be seen by Dr. Ben Ha who was the OB doctor on call. D... read more

Rude Receptionist. I and my wife walked out without even see the doctor. Thinking of it the doctor probably would be equally unprofessional too.
