I was so excited to purchase my new home. On the surface everything looks great. They talk up how great their 1 yr home warranty and if you have “any” issues just go to the warranty portal in you one year! I have had several issues one being my ceiling which they wanted to just patch work it and would. It be their fault if the ceiling color did t match. Steven, the Builder Manager is truly outstanding! My only issue with my house is the sod that was placed. If I was Ben Stout, I'd hire a different sod team. Not impressed by any means on the sod!
