I unfortunately got to witness the work of this company first hand, as I was going to be moving into one of the rooms he was set to renovate in a friend's house. Let's just say that didn't work out because none of the work was completed on time - or EVER. If there was an option for zero stars, it would be so. For the love of God, please do not hire this man or believe a single word out of his mouth. Paperwork means nothing and he has no morals. If you still give him a chance, make sure you get a copy of his insurance, you will need it! I am being thorough to warn everyone possible not to hire him. Save yourself thousands!!!! Fun
The house they worked on is older and the floor was sagging. I was afraid it might be a lost cause. It needed to be jacked up several inches. They did that and replaced a beam underneath. They also laid linoleum down and did some other repairs in the bathroom. The bathroom door has never closed correctly, but they fixed that too. The outdoor steps needed to be reinforced and another rail placed to make it safer. They did all of this very quickly and they went above and beyond.
