Very poor experience, lack of communication, lousy customer service. No warning on policy information or ability to access any of my policy information online to make payments on time.anytime I would call and try to get any information or discuss payment or if my policy has been corrected to proceed with payment I would get the runaround and the lady would blame it on payroll.
