Ben has always been there for us when we need him. Great service very happy
Think of your last trip to the DMV and multiply by 1000, this place is poorly ran and the people that work there are extremely rude. Conducting professional business over a speakerphone with 4 people in the background talking. This office is a dumpster fire
They don't deserve 1 star! We called to add a driver and new vehicle to existing policy. The lady was very rude. This was the 3rd time we called because they weren't able to do it correctly. We ended up calling another agent to switch all together. When we called back to ask them to send our policies to another agent... the response we got before getting hung up on was "whatever." Do yourself a favor and look for a policy elsewhere.
Never in the office, and doesn't respond to emails, calls, or texts. Moving to a different agent.
