Great service from the minute Charlie got involved by visiting and being honest about what the best price should be and how he’d market the property. Laura then expertly handled our sale.. keeping a balance between our buyers and our solicitor. We achieved a decent market price and quickly. Ben Siggins put themselves out to market the property. We had used two local agents before this but Ben Siggins was by far the best.
We sold our house through Ben Siggins in Maidstone. We chose to have the photos and the virtual tour and were very pleased. The team were professional, flexible and informative throughout the whole process. A huge thank you to Charlie, Kevin and Laura! Charlie was very responsive and helpful to all our enquiries about the house. We wanted a second visit and he arranged and came in on his day off to allow this to happen. Ben Siggins progression team were also fantastic at keeping us up to date and informed at all stages even when our own estate agent was questionable at best. If we ever come to move again we would certainly use Ben Siggins.
