I have struggled all my life with anxiety and depression and I have tried many things in hopes of finding a cause and cure. Ben is an amazing coach, listener, and healer. I can’t recommend him enough. He has a way about him that will put you at ease and he knows just how to isolate exactly what one needs to work on.
