Not only is Dr. Ben competent +++ he is also caring and friendly. “Friendly” may seem like a strange adjective to use to describe a surgeon but when you are anxious about the upcoming procedure it’s reassuring to sense that he regards you as someone he will see again and greet warmly. He also is able to select staff with the same attributes.
