I had a great experience with my air duct cleaning service. Theodore and Roger arrived right on time and got started right away. They worked on redirecting some of the existing ductwork and made sure to clean out all the air ducts thoroughly. The job was finished quickly, and they made sure to clean up everything before leaving. I’m very happy with how professional and efficient they were. Highly recommend for anyone in Sparks looking to improve their air quality!
i have an older home with central air that was added later. roger and his team came out to do the first cleaning of my air ducts, as well as the dryer and exhaust vents, all for a fair price. they did an excellent job, and i plan to use their air duct cleaning services again.
really great customer service! jorge came to my home in sparks to check my air ducts and used a camera to inspect everything. he let me know the duct didn’t actually need a full cleaning because it was already very clean. jorge even climbed up on the roof to double-check the vent there, and he found a big chunk of lint blocking it, which he removed right away. this fixed the issue completely. he only charged me $20 for the visit, which was very fair, since most places would have charged full price without even checking with ... read more
The team was very professional and really knew what they were doing! Jorge explained the whole air duct cleaning process to me before getting started. He and his coworker made sure to keep my hardwood floors clean while they worked on the vents. I highly recommend Ben’s dryer vent & duct cleaning. I am very happy with the service!
