My a/c went out as soon as it started getting warmer and I don’t think I could have lasted another day. I did not have an appointment but Ben and Mike kindly fit me in their schedule! Mike, the manager, was very personable and understanding of my situation. I will definitely set future appointments with them!
My wife and I have been going to Ben’s for a few years now and they’re the only place we trust. Honest and straight forward. Mike is fantastic to hear out what’s going on, relay it to Ben and lay out what’s truly needed back to you and give guidance on what’s suggested to at least start with. Found a bolt in my tire while about to head out on a road trip with my kiddo, and stopped into Ben's to see if they could take care of it at short notice - Incredible service, super friendly - They took the car back immediately and the tire was patched and ready to roll within 15 minutes.
