Ben’s Auto has been my go-to for years now. Incredible service, fair pricing, and timely too! They have always made availability when I’ve been in a pinch. Ben’s is the only choice, and I travel from Madison, TN too. Great team of folks that care for the customers.
Ben is hands down the best there is. Fast, kind, and fairly priced. They always explain things well. The waiting room is very comfortable. These guys are my forever mechanics.
My wife and daughter were driving through Nashville on the way to Waco, TX when the A/C stopped working. They would be driving all night. Ben’s was recommended to us. My wife drove over and they found that nothing was wrong with the A/C (maybe something was set wrong?), but checked everything and filled the tires. They were so friendly and charged nothing, saying, “We have daughters too. I highly recommend this helpful and friendly place.
Amazing experience! So nice and so quick. They truly care about their customers, you can tell from one conversation. Inside is clean, homey, and comfortable. Prices were great as well!
