Well, respect in every aspect to Ben ( Owner ) Mike ( Office Front Desk ) & Minh ( Mechanic ) - BEN'S AUTO SERVICE & TIRES is simply the best I've ever dealt with in terms of automotive service in my 48 years of driving vehicles of many makes & sizes not only in America, but globally! Fast, specific, precise, affordable and last but not least friendly & courteous therefore 5 stars all across the board. It also gives some sense of comfort to call such a top notch business owner and humble human being as Ben my neighbor.
I cannot recommend Ben's enough - I have never ever been met with such friendly and QUICK service in my life! I am so appreciative. I was really stressed out about my car and the team here was able to tell me what was wrong within a few minutes and they didn't try to sell me on anything extra. I dropped my car off, went to the zoo and while I was at the meerkat exhibit, I got a text that my car was ready for pickup!! I will never go anywhere else.
