Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ben. I did not feel less anxious or less stressed with Ben leading the case. The billing of my case seemed excessive to me based on the amount of the complaint. I also did not find it helpful that Ben brought our case out of arbitration, spent money on that, then said we should go back into arbitration. To me, that is a scattered approach. In my opinion, his bill rate is very high and I expect a high level of care at that amount.
