In May 2013 our building parking lot paving was done by Randolph Paving and a written warranty was given to say it would last 4-5 years. The whole parking lot looks like it was not paved, potholes and cracking has appeared with two years. I contacted Randolph paving after multiple attempts and he agreed to come look and redo it but asked us to wait till spring of 2015. He did not come and was unable to be reached.
