Part (2/2) After changing the fluid I was still uncertain of how much dirt actually got in there, so I asked Ben R on what they could do for me warranty wise. I thought a 1 year warranty was fair and reasonable given the circumstances. After some long conversations that felt like I had to EXPLAIN MYSELF when THEY cause the issue, they reluctantly agreed to provide about 7 or 8 months (bronze tier).
