Exceptional service from the salesperson Randy, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused. Excellent customer service. The issue was not fixed the first time, but they got me back in the next day and got it done. I appreciate the friendly staff and the prompt communication.
As always, I received exceptional customer service from both Katharina and Kayla, and the mechanic that did the repairs on my car!! Katharina went over everything with me... no hidden surprises or extra fees!! My car was waiting for me, all nicely washed and shiny from the outside!! I would highly recommend that you check out Ben R Auto and Ben R Tires... it's definitely "worth the trip!!"
