Review for Husband: the customer servce was professional and expeditous for a eye DR. Got to actually see the Dr face to face vise zoom call, i have been complaining about headaches since his last pair of frames, since he was wearing the wrong prescription on his own fault. the Dr was able to correct my problem and Jess with the frame selection area super helpful in picking the right frames saved me $$$$ awesome job today to everyone.
You're Fired! Went last year and later requested they fill out a simple one page form for Lasik Plus. I even took the form by there and handed it to them. "No problem", they said. Never got it. Went back a few weeks ago and requested the form be filled out. Took them another copy. "No problem", they said.
