Dr. Perry has proven to be one of the top providers in Waco. He's extremely intelligent and has the perfect demenor for senior care. My parents have been patients of Dr Perry for years, and I can't say enough kind things about his care. He's extremely intelligent and appears to have read almost every research study on senior care. Dr. Perry's real all stars are his front and back office teams. I love Dr Perry. He does an excellent job at treating my dad. I'm trying to convince my mother to switch her primary.
Appointment made with 5 month delay. Arrived on day of appointment to be informed that Dr Perry was not in and no rescheduled appointment was available without another 5 month delay. Staff stated attempts were made to contact by phone but no voicemail messages were left. BSW app continued to show appointment and acknowledged previsit checkin was made by me 48 hours prior to appointment. Horrible service.
I could not be happier with my Healthcare with Dr Perry, and the support staff is exceptional. Today Misty called me first thing to respond to an email I had sent earlier rearranging PT location. I was amazed at the response time. I appreciate the prompt attention.
Dr Frank was very rude, when he came in, he had a smirk on his face, asking me,who told you, you had rhumertiod arthritis, fibromyalgia, and sciatica, well I guess the doctor, would make that call . I wouldn't let my dog go to him very disrespectful.
