Very disappointing experience with BEN & NINO AUTO REPAIR INC. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. The woman I dealt with spoke rudely and made inappropriate comments about my wife, which was completely unacceptable. I was also concerned about their payment practices. Although credit cards were supposedly accepted, I was strongly pressured to pay by cash or Zelle. HIGHWAY ROBBERY I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND bEN AND nINO tHEY OVERCHARGED ME FOR HIGHWAY TOW, CHARGING $3000 FOR A SINGLE TOW AND ONE DAY OF STORAGE. Please PEOPLE before paing them check DCWP towing LAWS and make sure the charges coply with legal limits. Don't let enyone pressure you into paying more than what the law allows.

One of them towed my car and didn't want to give me receipt or invoice of paying 120$ until i insist to give me receipt and he got so rude because i didnt let him leave without giving me receipt. Dont let them steal your money.
