My father’s car had recently gotten into an accident and went here to receive repair service. They had held onto his car for four days and then asked for $3500 for “repairs”. However, this is not the only foul experience I had. My partner’s car had also been wrongly towed a couple months ago. It had been parked in a normal parking spot, not in the way of anyone’s driveway nor disobeyed parking rules. LIARS AND SCAMMERS, do not trust a word they say. I came from indiana to NYC to buy a school bus they had on auction. They (woman I spoke with, didn't get her name) told me that it runs and drives fine, no engine lights, and told me it should be fine to indiana. they haven't even started it since they parked it, clearly a long time ago. If they wouldve told me any of this, I would've paid them to go over the bus and check all this. 1 STAR – Predatory, unprofessional, and misleading Ben and Nino Auto Repair & Towing (also operating as JFK Airport Towing) operates in a way that feels predatory and unethical. The most unethical and heartless businesses I have ever seen. I stopped for LESS THAN ONE MINUTE to walk my elderly father to the airport door and help her with his luggage.
