My husband bought me a diamond tennis bracelet with warranty and we were told at the time that we could adjust the size. They refused to do anything to help so I have a unless bracelet that I can't wear because they will not help in anyway.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars at Ben Moss over time, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Many of the items I’ve purchased have either broken or had stones fall out. On top of that, some of my purchases don’t even appear in their records, which is Overall, the quality of the jewelry does not match the price, and the service has not met expectations. I would recommend purchasing jewelry elsewhere.
This was an experience like no other, Fahima made my day, month and year. Also the gentleman with the heavenly beard made me feel like I have been a customer for years. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ben Moss Jewellers, specifically the Kingsway location. Their “extended warranty” on rings is misleading and, in my experience, basically useless. While I was pregnant, my hands became swollen and I could not remove my wedding ring. I went into the Kingsway store to ask what to do and was told that if the ring had to be cut off for medical reasons, it would be COVERED under the extended warranty.
