Simonia is AMAZING. My husband had purchased me a beautiful ring with many diamonds and purchased the lifetime diamind warranty. We were back within a month and needed sizing to be told there is no warranty on file( they dont keep track you have to bring paperwork) we have been back 3 times in 5 years to get help and every time we are told they cannot find even the purchase amount although they can see the purchase on their screen. This sunday 20 december at Ben moss Seven Oaks, there was a Punjabi lady with whom I was communicating in Punjabi regarding rings for my fiancé. I informed her that I would return after some time to purchase a specific type of ring. When I came back, I was discussing ring options with another staff member, and at that point she began speaking negatively about me, making unnecessary comments and pointing things out in a disrespectful manner.
