Simonia is AMAZING. My husband had purchased me a beautiful ring with many diamonds and purchased the lifetime diamind warranty. We were back within a month and needed sizing to be told there is no warranty on file( they dont keep track you have to bring paperwork) we have been back 3 times in 5 years to get help and every time we are told they cannot find even the purchase amount although they can see the purchase on their screen.
