We received good service from both staff that helped us find engagement rings and wedding bands. The only minor complaint is that the second time we were there it took considerable amount of time to be seen but that is because there were tons of people in the store that day. Thank you!
This team is kind, compassionate and absolutely exceptional. Carla helped me throughout my decision making and transactional process and is the kindest human you will ever encounter. All the staff and the manager here have been amazing and helped me resolve something easily after a devastating loss. The staff here are fantastic. Both professional and friendly they are great at matching items to the people, and often occasion they're looking for. Will absolutely go back here to spend money again as it's worth every penny!
My wife's eye caught the glint from some earrings and she asked to see them. The saleswoman was very polite and informed. The other staff members were engaging and friendly. We feel confident we made a good choice and I think you will enjoy a visit to Ben Moss in Sevenoaks Mall as well.
