Buyers beware of bad quality rings coming from here. A diamond fell out of my engagement ring about 9 months after purchase. Wasn’t covered under the bad ring warranty. Took it to an independent jeweler who said the diamond either cracked or the diamond was not the right size for the ring in the first place (because the clasps were intact). What kind of diamond cracks after less than a year of regular wear, or what reputable jeweler installs the wrong size diamond. Save your money and the headache and go somewhere else.
I purchased a beautiful 1.5 carat natural diamond halo ring in November last year and today we purchased a beautiful 1/2 carat band to go with it. I can’t thank the manager, Sarb Randhawa enough for her dedicated service in helping me/us with both purchases. Sarb went to great lengths to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchases. She made and continues to make sure that I am completely satisfied and has been very warm and friendly during both purchases and even in between when we visit the store.
