I want to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I have received at the Red Deer Ben Moss location. The experience has been consistently unfriendly, and the team has demonstrated a lack of accountability, particularly when it comes to standing behind the work of your goldsmiths and honouring the terms of your extended warranty. Back again May 12 ,2025 same issues my one of diamond missing and just in 10 months that I paid for repair NOW they want me to pay again just a THIFT stay away and the staff DAISY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND CONDESCENDING! Old review : Stay away from this place ! They only care about you when you buying ! However when you need to repair ! Consultation. Or question very rude STAFF! So unprofessional.
