I recently stopped by because the diamond in my ring had fallen out, and Cassidy was very nice, she was able to help me get it shipped out for repair a polish in a clean right away. She explained everything about my warranty and made me understand everything. She was very polite and very conversational absolutely amazing customer service so thank you Cassidy.

I came in to get my mom’s wedding band, now mine, rhodium plated. I did not have the original certification with me and had no problem paying the full price to have it look new again for my wedding coming soon.
