I came in to get my mom’s wedding band, now mine, rhodium plated. I did not have the original certification with me and had no problem paying the full price to have it look new again for my wedding coming soon. Very disappointing experience with Ben Moss. Had my engagement ring resized with them and the week I got it back a diamond fell out. They were extremely unwilling to replace it, even though a loose setting after sizing down is what happens if you don't tighten the prongs. They did eventually cover it, but after getting it back from this, I took it for a second opinion at another jeweler who found the stone they replaced was now missing a prong and 4 other stone were still loose.
