Very disappointing experience with Ben Moss. Had my engagement ring resized with them and the week I got it back a diamond fell out. They were extremely unwilling to replace it, even though a loose setting after sizing down is what happens if you don't tighten the prongs. They did eventually cover it, but after getting it back from this, I took it for a second opinion at another jeweler who found the stone they replaced was now missing a prong and 4 other stone were still loose. Selling "Stirling silver" jewelry without markings also one thing I noticed is that it looked like it had a model # in ink (ink won't adhere to silver) and was very light in weight. So I'm thinking it might have even been plastic
Had a great experience at Ben Moss Bower Mall today. Olena was very polite, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have the piece that we wanted in stock, but she helped us find two partner locations who have it in stock. While I would have loved to buy it from Olena, she couldn't guarantee it would be here in time for my daughter's birthday so suggested I either order online or try the other two locations. I'll be back to Ben Moss for my next purchase.

Worst customer service ever. Dont waste your time. I ended up going next door to another jewelery store to find what I wanted. Their younger staff desperately need training.
