I was pleased with my visit to your store and would like to take a moment to commend your associate, Zhanna. She greeted me with a cute smile and explained the assortment of products attentively, helping me choose a necklace for a friend. Both are charming, your necklace and your employee. I give 5 stars!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We went to Ben Moss looking for a gift, and Maddy’s attitude was absolutely unacceptable. She was completely dismissive, showed zero interest in helping us, and made us feel like we didn’t matter at all. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was shocking she wasn’t sure of inventory and pricing.
Big shout out to Quan & Arna for making the whole purchase so smooth. They really took into account all the needs, wants, etc. when looking for an engagement ring - They also went into detail about the process, provided a lot of great advice/education and overall very transparent with the entire purchase. My Fiancée loves her ring! Highly Recommend.
