I recently worked w/Ben & Sancia on a rather complicated Trust Sale. Throughout the lengthy process, & through 4 (!) grueling escrows Ben & Sancia were always there when needed. They actually pick up their phones when you call them which is so refreshing these days in our digital world. Ultimately, the clients were ecstatic w/the sale price & the entire process. "Ben and Sancia provide a full-service listing experience, I can't speak highly enough about them! From the minute we gave them the listing, they worked hard to remove, donate and sell the furniture that was going to be replaced with staging furniture.
