Dr ben is a good professional and specialist. Recommend
Mainly due to my job, I suffered very bad back pain in the lower back, radiating toward my legs. Sometimes it was get so bad that I couldn't stand up. I tried many different approaches. The only ones that actually saved my situation were: -Mezieres method (not available in the US) -Osteopth Dr. Ben Taylor -Pilates (one to one, only with certified instructors).
