Ben, Jenn, and Tasha are incredible!! The process of buying your first home can be so overwhelming! But Ben and his amazing team made us feel so comfortable and informed. He was willing to answer all my questions, no matter how many times I asked. His answers were always shared in a way we could understand them and he was patient with us as we worked toward our goal! They burned the midnight oil, literally, to help make our dreams come true!! Words will never be able to express how grateful I am for them! I’d recommend them ... read more
Ben, Tasha, and Jenn are awesome! They have been so great to work with and helped us make it possible to purchase our first home. They go above and beyond to make sure things get done. Also kept us well informed with everything going on and kept us at ease throughout the whole process.
Working with Ben and his whole team was amazing. They helped us close on a house on a tight timeline, it was a great experience. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!
Buying a home is stressful, buying a home across the country while also selling your current home is 🤪🤪🤪 but Ben and Sheena did such a fabulous job and elevated a lot of the stress. Due to various circumstances our transaction took over 7 months and the entire time Ben and Sheena would check in, give me updates, and basically allowed me to focus on the task of moving into our beautiful new home! I would highly recommend Direct Rate Loans and Ben Lundgren/Sheena Bennett in particular!
