Ben is such a good guy to deal with. I’ve taken my Subaru there twice and my partner has taken his Hiace too. Ben seems to actually enjoy his work and enjoy people, he is also a good communicator, very refreshing for a mechanic!
Ben is very busy and works only some days of the week, so it is important to make an appointment!
Ben provides excellent service. He repairs and services vehicles properly (we also have him service our trailer and float) and we always get our vehicles back feeling better than when we dropped them off. I recently asked Ben to look into a problem with my ute expecting the job to be big, however, rather than just doing as I asked, he recommended that I go to a Toyota dealer because they had just released a recall which was likely to fix the issue.
