Poor business man. Did not complete job or use the correct pipes to feed the entire house. Did not return calls to correct his poor workmanship. Did not have a problem picking up his paycheck and going to Florida. Just was made aware by another plumber that fixed his ungodly work that he wasn't suprised as he had heard poor work from this person before. Do not hire this person unless you have so much money you want to pay someone else to fix his work.
I had no water this morning...either frozen pipes or frozen pump. Paul from the company came out within the hour and fixed the problem. He also went above good customer service and provided me with a way to keep this from happening in the future. I rate Ben LeBlanc Pluming and heating extremely high in quality of workmanship, and world class customer service. I will use them in the future.
