Ben LeBerthon represented the seller of the home I just bought. He never advised the seller to explain things in her disclosures and I had to ask several times exactly what was the insurance claim she made on the house. It turned out to be a plumbing issue. The seller did not disclose the type of piping she had, even though it’s actually a question in her disclosures. Ben LeBerthon did not advise her about that, either.
