Its February -2 wind chill and our tech is out doing service, cheerful and shivering. Thank you! I called the office and moved our servicing date to the spring from now on.
Received an annual service email for our vacation place from these folks, and since we noticed our generator wasn't cycling on for test every week, we had them come out. We didn't need to be there they said. They put in a new battery and charger, changed the oil, filters, spark plugs, cleaned slip rings, and supposedly checked the exercise time. We paid the $573 and moved along. We lost power this weekend and it didn't kick on. So we call and ask what's going on. Apparently, their internal notes are for their techs only, and... read more
