Had an emergency on a Saturday morning with guests arriving for the weekend - total loss of power. Ben was away on holiday but was able to talk me through a couple of ideas to fix the problem - this fixed it. The fact that he even called me back on the weekend when he was on holiday demonstrates his commitment to customer service. Very great full and happy to recommend.
