Cashier berated us for not saying the size in our initial order. She was so rude that I thought she must be doing a "no soup for you" impression but sadly the laugh/joke never came and we decided to leave. I was completely shocked. It was a really sour end to our trip and put us both in a bad mood. No kindness, just a vile attitude that has no place in a customer facing role, especially in a vacation town with frequent interactions with children.
The woman at the front was incredibly rude while we were trying to place our order. We felt rushed, talked down to, and unwelcome.

Need to fire that lady working the front window. Rudest person I've ever been "served" by... not a good person to represent your company or your town. In one breath, she disrespected my mother, my father, my girlfriend, and myself... and we hadn't been there over a minute. The Ben & Jerry's of Meredith should do better... 6/9/2025
Lady at front window was incredibly rude. Walked up to the window to order and asked for a specific option for my very severe antiflactic allergy where the lady told me I’m clearly not familiar with Ben and Jerry’s and that I need to read the signage and would not answer my question. I then walked away and encourage others to find a different and local ice cream place to spend their money, especially those with life threatening allergies.
