really bad customer service. i asked for a cone of ice cream, but the worker pulled out the ice cream box and started writing down the flavor i wanted. i told her, “no, i want a cone,” and she said, “this is a cone.” i was honestly so confused because she was literally holding the ice cream box. she also started giving me looks and had an attitude toward me. it was $9 for one scoop of ice cream, which was already pretty expensive, but i still stayed nice and said thank you. i didn’t say anything at the time, but the whole ex... read more

The staff here is exceptionally friendly even on busy summer evenings
Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited in line but for whatever reason the multiple groups behind me were served while I was literally waiting first in line. I ended up leaving without getting anything. It was so embarrassing!
