Taste is good, but overpriced.
Visited on free cone day with the whole family. I couldn’t believe how genuinely kind and patient the people behind the counter were even on this crazy day with a line down the sidewalk and around the building. Every flavor we had was delicious and my kids are excited to return ASAP. Honestly- so am I!
My son and I went for free cone day and had a great experience. The staff was very busy, but they all had smiles and were friendly. The line was long but moved quickly. They hired a Carmel police officer to help manage the foot traffic and explain the ordering process & he kept everyone in line entertained. My son is excited to go back so he can try some other flavors. We appreciated the free ice cream!
Not sure what happened on Free Cone day or Free ice cream day but the entitlement is real! It's no surprise they ran out of completely free product when more people showed up than they were expecting. They cant give half the city free ice cream! Their employees are very kind and TOO NICE to put up with self centered Carmelites in my opinion! I will be back for more ice cream and will be happy to pay for it
