The person scooping was not at all friendly. Ice cream was VERY soft serve and almost melted. I was brusquely told “No cream!” by the person scooping and was handed an ugly sundae with the tiniest drizzle of hot fudge and covered in sprinkles. Luckily, the cashier saw the hot mess, got some whipped cream for me, and added the right amount of hot fudge. Concourse A - just randomly shut down for 30 minutes. Saw people in the back but wouldn’t scoop ice cream. Odd

I had approximately 1 hour before my flight on concourse C when my son asked me if he could get some ice cream from Ben & Jerry's. Knowing that it was on concourse A, I hustled to the storefront only to see the lights out and the guy behind the counter doing some light cleaning. The time was 5:15pm, so I asked if he was open. He said that they close at 9 but that he was taking his lunch break. He said he is the only one working today so the shop is closed for a half hour.
