visited last night with a friend who was here on vacation. She had never tried B&J’s, so we decided to walk in so she could experience it. Before we even placed an order, the employee, who spoke with a strong Russian accent, addressed us in an extremely rude and impatient manner. I have never been treated with such discourtesy. Listen it's on the beach of course it's going to be pricy. Smalls are near 7$and larger sizes over 10, cones extra. Shout out to the really nice man working here tonight who was so nice, and my nephew dropped his cone on the ground and gave us a new one got free. He was so nice and even gave us some wet napkins for the kids hands after they had it all over their faces. Great customer service, thank you!

40.00 for 2 cones and 2 small dishes. Insanely overpriced. Ice cream was freezer burnt which is odd because it’s ice cream. Disappointed. Won’t be back.
I don’t know where you find the people that work here but the guy working tonight was unbelievably rude. We were well before posted closing time but he was rude, impatient, and overall showed were not welcome in the shop. In addition to that, one of us asked if we could use the bathroom and even if one isn’t available (which, it should be as you’re serving customers) he answered incredibly rude. No wonder people are opting for more mom and pop shops, because they appreciate their customers. Night shift 7/31.
