I’ve had overall a great experience with service and food at Ben and Jerry’s. I find their ice cream to be fairly fresh, although the employees tend to get overwhelmed with big crowds, especially around the night time which is the peak time for crowds at this location, and it has historically been difficult for me to get samples of ice cream flavor.
