The quality of the cleaning was excellent. The technicians worked thoroughly to remove stains, dust, and deep dirt from the carpets. I was especially impressed by how fresh and clean the carpets looked after the service. The colors appeared brighter, and the overall texture felt much softer and well maintained. They used proper equipment and cleaning solutions that were effective but safe for the fabric.
I’ve been using Ben Hersh/Neo for close to 12 years. They are fiber experts and do a wonderful job with rugs and upholstery. My off white upholstery still looks fresh thanks to them.
