My rugs look beautiful now!!! Ben Herschel did a wonderful job cleaning , scotch guard and repair of backing. The backing was beyond expectations. The pick up and delivery person(s) was very courteous and helpful replacing my rugs back to exactly where they were before the service! I would recommend this company to anyone!
After great communication, I chose Ben Hersh to handle my 4 expensive Oriental rugs, They were picked up, cleaned & delivered back to me in the time frame I was promised. The rugs were bought over 50 years ago & have traveled from Europe to America to Israel & back to the states & never been cleaned. I promised my dad I would take care of them & they would be professionally cleaned which they just were. The rugs look fantastic & the colors so much brighter. Easy to schedule, arrived promptly, and restored the sofa to nearly new condition. They did a fantastic job, worth every penny, and I will use them anytime I need upholstery cleaning! Excellent service.
Ben Hersh rug cleaning is 100% professional. A great, deep, carpet and rug cleaning with white glove service. The owners and staff could not be nicer. I will be calling them back over and over again.
