The service was amazing, they did a fantastic job cleaning an area rug that was about 50 years old, it is beautiful. Everyone was so professional from start to finish. Want to especially thank Mikhail for picking up and arranging everything, keeping me informed and going above and beyond , and thank you to Marlo, he delivered the rug, set it up with rug pad, moved furniture etc. I highly recommend Ben Hersh, trustworthy and experts in the field
