I had my 9x12 Sarouk rug from the 1920s cleaned by Ben Hersh a few years ago and it was a great experience. I used them again recently for cleaning and also had them restore the edges and fringe on the rug. The team helped me understand the entire process, kept me updated the entire time, and even sent me pictures along the way. The rug was delivered today in incredible condition and I couldn’t be happier. They are the only people I would trust with my rug and I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks to Mikale and the team!
Awe-struck!! Their work is true artistry. After inheriting a huge mid-century rug with holes, tears, and fading, I called them for advice. They came to my home - free estimate! - and walked me through all my options to keep this sentimental piece in our family. I now have TWO gorgeous room size rugs that look brand new! They're exquisite! And now, both my children can have a rug :) Hands-down the best experience I've had with a service company!!
