An average buying experience from Ben Harrison Automotive. Bought a used BMW from them and was told tyres replaced on the front, in reality just rotated both of the fronts to the rear. Along with fairly worn brakes so MOT advisories not addressed - this is something you need to weigh up on a car purchase and the general condition of the car in this instance was good that it made sense to proceed. Bought a vehicle from this company. I rang them before I took delivery to ask if it would be served before it was delivered and was. told it had only been serviced a few thousand miles ago. I asked when that was and they said a year ago. I asked if surely it was on milage or age depending which came first and I was point blankly and rather bluntly told that this vehicle is only serviced every TWO years. Bought a cla45 from them. Nothing was too much trouble, prompt at responding to any queries. They even delivered the vehicle within a couple of days. I've bought many cars from dealers over the years but Ben Harrison were up there as one of the best I've dealt with. Great work guys and loving the car
