Absolutely awful experience, extremely difficult to deal with, very rude, and poor workmanship. He made decisions without consulting (like pipes right up middle of wall rather than in corners as in every other house) and when I asked for changes he huffed and wanted to charge for extra materials and labour. In the end someone else came and completed the work for half the amount Ben was asking.
Called this bloke for boiler service very socially awkward and rude, he just said I’ll give it a miss ! Amazing how someone like this runs a business !!
Called because I had a leaky tap but very abrupt on the phone and refused to help. Not impressed at all by his manner.
Called to ask for someone to come look at my boiler and the man was extremely rude and unhelpful. Didn't even want to come out and look at the problem.
