If you are an HOA or a property management company, DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! I fell behind in my HOA payments and it the went to a collection agency… then it went to this yahoo law firm which did nothing but throw a monkey wrench into the situation. Needless to say when I went to pay the debt (pay off) this law firm did everything to make it next to impossible to pay.
