I am extremely disappointed with State Farm’s service. I requested insurance for a property in California, but they issued a policy for a property in Arizona instead. My mistake was trusting State Farm, and four months later I realized that my property was not insured. I contacted them to complain about the issue, and they told me they would help me resolve it, but nothing ever happened. They are excellent when it comes to collecting payments, but very poor when it comes to resolving a problem.
great communication and very well-priced motorcycle insurance quotes. josh was patient and very responsive to me giving multiple VINS for quotes. great service and does not pressure you to sign up. very happy with the insurance i have received.
