Massive breach of real estate ethics! David McKay breached real estate ethics by not complying with ADA and fair housing guidelines. This company accepts tenant applications and then requests non-refundable deposits prior to showing a lease (illegal). We are working with our attorney to file complaints against this brokerage.

Jeremy Sulzbach wasted my time and money. That's a long story made short. He does not care about your best interests, money, or time. He cares about his commission. When confronted he was dismissive and reeked of fake sincerity. Sorry I didn't want to buy a house I can't afford so you can get a nice check, buddy Edit: to the owner - yes, my review history is filled with lots of negative reviews. I wonder why that is?
