Might as well ask your landscaper to fix your plumbing. They were very prompt to arrive and for that, I give them 1 star. After that, it was a complete and utter waste of time. The service technician was so inexperienced that he did not even know what a 3 valve tub faucet was, much less how to reassemble one. I asked him to just unscrew the adjacent valve to see how it reassembles and he wanted to charge me $410,00 to do that. I called on a Saturday for emergency service and got an appointment for that afternoon at 2 and was charged $139 on my debit for appointment. An hour later they called and said the scheduler had made a mistake and they could not come until Monday. This was an emergency call so I needed someone that day. Whatever you do, don't buy their warranty. They installed a water heater for us in 2009. During a 2011 service call they sold us a 12 year warranty with parts and labor. We called them once in 9 years. Now, we take cold showers routinely. For over 10 days they won't come out because they don't want to honor the warranty and asked us to pay for the service call. I'm going to call another company just to feel vindicated. Great company, but don't trust their warranties!
Stephen Mchann was exceptional. Explained everything in detail after finding the problem. Pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend him.
They charge a 69 dollar fee for showing up. No free estimates. The internet add says 99 for any drain clog. But if they can’t fix it they will charge you anyway. To me if you can’t fix it and not tell me what’s wrong and your the professional how do you charge someone? Avoid these guys they won’t help and will try and get you at every corner
