This is the WORST place. Don't go through them. NEVER was I told that I had 3 days to change my mind. I didn't even start the program due to personal reasons called and they said they couldn't cancel and still charged me. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DON’T DEAL WITH BEN FRANKLIN FINANCE
If I can give them 0 stars I will this school is trying to scam my son out of $11,000!!! We never agreed to anything of a loan of any type the person on the phone Michelle informed us that we where looking into financial aid options and that’s why they needed All that information we have been receiving calls non stop and we can’t afford to pay this back please do not get involved with distant learning! They RUINED my son’s credit score completely they are absolutely trash.
Wonderful staff I recommend anyone if trying to get help with a schooling or loan. Ms Hudson or mrs. White was very professional she helped me out and walked me step by step love the way she answered all my questions
