Not what I ordered
The management was absolutely terrible. Ordered something that tasted wrong and returned it almost full saying it was disgusting and uneatable. They said we ordered it and had to pay for it. They came to replenish the table while we were eating and interrupted us asking us to help as we're eating.They also closed the tables right next to us as we were eating, pulling chairs up. We were a family of 8 and went to celebrate my 70th with brunch. Food was amazing. The only time I've ever enjoyed french toast. I'll definitely go back. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. My husband and I live in Mississauga and are yet to find a brunch that matches Ben & Florentine.
