I went with my family (2 kids under the age of 7) for a brunch. We were deeply disappointed in the lack of service and the amount of time the meal took for us to be served (it took over an hour to receive our food). We had not ordered anything complicated to cause such a delay. Every time we addressed the delay in time with our waitress, she would run off not saying anything to us. C’est un super bon Ben & Florentine MAIS il faudrait qu’ils ajustent leurs heures d’ouvertures… ils ferment à 14hrs PAS 15hrs… très décevant s’y rendre pour rien !
