Hands down best RMT!!
Ben is by far one of the best massage therapists! He is thorough, and explains specific ways to help alleviate my pain by recommending stretches or exercises, or heat. Ben is able to identify muscles/areas that are sore, and it always makes sense with what work I was doing that week, it’s like magic!
Wow he is amazing I got so lucky to get a last minute appointment with him. Explained everything and was very thorough. Too bad he's all booked up though
