Used Ben Energy to have a Zappi EV charging unit installed on our property. The work was excellent and the communication throughout was first rate. Very highly recommended and would not hesitate to use them again for any electrical work. When there were problems (due to distance between the EV charging unit and the meter box) they came out to help fix things immediately and ensure everything was working correctly. Very happy with the work.

I had an issue with my central heating not turning off no matter what I did and I was at my wits end this morning, so I found Ben's details and sent him a message. He came back to me within 40 or so minutes to come around the same day to solve the issue. He was prompt in all communication, gave an ETA for general arrival time as he knew I worked from home. Just had a EV charger fitted by Ben Energy Electrical Services. It was a very prompt and professional service. Great advice given and any questions answered. Clear instructions on how to set up the app for using it too. Will definitely be recommending for anyone needing electrical work.
